Return Process

  Log into your ADRIAN KSA account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging with all designer tags and the invoice included to ensure a valid return.

  Hand Over to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
